Costae Tetra Fish-Tropical Freshwater Schooling Aquarium Fish

The Costae Tetra is a small and attractive tropical freshwater fish that can add lively movement and subtle color to a community aquarium. It is a popular choice for aquarists who enjoy keeping peaceful schooling fish in planted tanks and natural-style aquascapes.

With its compact body, active swimming behavior and peaceful nature, the Costae Tetra can work well in a community aquarium when kept with other compatible fish. Keeping these tetras in a group allows them to display more natural schooling behavior and creates an attractive moving display.
