Espei Rasbora

Add colour, movement, and elegance to your freshwater aquarium with the Espei Rasbora Fish, a small and peaceful tropical fish admired for its attractive copper-orange body and distinctive dark, triangular marking along its sides.

Also known as the Lambchop Rasbora, this beautiful schooling fish is a popular choice for planted aquariums and peaceful community tanks. Its warm orange colouration contrasts beautifully with green aquatic plants, dark substrates, and natural aquarium decorations.

Espei Rasboras are social fish that feel more comfortable when kept in groups. A school of six or more fish can display natural swimming behaviour and create an attractive visual effect in a planted aquarium.

These active little fish thrive in a mature freshwater aquarium with clean water, gentle filtration, stable water parameters, and plenty of swimming space. They are omnivorous and readily accept appropriately sized tropical fish flakes, micro pellets, and small frozen foods.

The Espei Rasbora is an excellent option for aquarists who want a colourful, peaceful, and relatively small fish for a well-maintained community aquarium.
